Morale drop

Post by samarobriva »

A big difference with CCV is that even with a decisive victory teams get a morale drop except when thay have scored at last two kills. Even a team with one act of bravery has one soldier witha morale drop.
I was used to the fact that when the issue was close to a draw, teams that did not have any fight endure a morale drop; but with a decisive victory there's something that I must be missing.

I've noticed this too. In the case of a soldier having one kill, the moral will not change unless the team itself has taken a casualty, in which case that one kill soldier's morale will drop as well.

It seems to me that this morale drop lowers the team cohesion and possibly the fatigue levels as well. This may be to eventually force players to REST a BG after they have been in battle for a few turns or risk having them collapse too easily or too early in the next battle.
C'est magnifique, mais ce n'est pas la guerre.
