Recovery

One thing I have noticed is that when a players get tired and is replaced it sometimes takes a couple of days for them to recover and start again. I believe the primary cause is that the end up pinch hitting in the game and therefore don't recover and get little more tired.

Has anyone played with the fatigue settings or perhaps a pinch htting setting that will minimize how often a tired player pinch hits so they can recover?
