"Mine handling accident aboard ACM Kangaroo at Darwin"

She has 45 float damage and fires at 44. System and engine damage is not too bad.

Good thing the CD routine has been tweaked. [:D]

At least your ACM is still alive. I had one sink on me already in March of 42!

ACM Kangaroo
???

What Mod or Scenario?
I have been inputting my orders for the campaign game first turn since July 4, 2009. I'm getting close. In another month or two, I might be able to run the turn!

"Massive Explosion during loading of xAK Yae Maru at Saipan"

I had 5 ships loading 3 units, and so naturally the ship that exploded was the only one carrying a unit by itself. [:)]

Oh, the Zork days! [:D]

Hmmm ... I wonder if I should rename one of the coming american CVs the "CV Grue" ... [;)]

Nah. Since grues are light-fearing and that hardly applies to a CV, I guess I have to skip that. Would have been better naming a BB with good night experience. [:'(]

Da Babes Lite of course.

Don't all of the scenarios have this very fine vessel? [:)]

as I recal the was  a huge port wxplosion in Bangalore duringthe war.. leveled an area.. so a little damage to a ship is not too bad..
I always wonder when it states two enemy.. pbem playingas allies.. dd sunk via collition or unknown what really happened, of course in the game what actually in code took them out.. mine? collision? other?

The ACM damage or sunk just adds to the realism [so far I've had 3 sunk], I have issues but no doubt they will be addressed in time and make this game just that much better.

Everyone talks about the fog of war and forgets about the friction. I just treat the "problems" as features and restart after every patch. [:D]

One of mine (IJN) blew sky high in Shimonoseki in February 42. I like this feature. As others have said, it's much more realistic.

The CV collision thingy would have me pulling my hair out, but is still a welcome addition to the game.

In a PBEM game as allies I had a Japanese BB escorting KB reported sunk in a collision around the 10-15th of December 41'. Unfortunately the report was later retracted, but I did like the message at the time.
