Detachment Pop-Up

This revised and updated turn-based grand strategy game from the team at AGEOD brings players back to World War I, including both the Eastern and Western fronts and over 4 campaigns and 10 scenarios. As either a member of the Central Powers, the Entente or a neutral nation, players will confront the epic gauntlet of military and political challenges that faced the likes of Kitchener, Joffre, Luddendorf, Clemenceau, Czar Nicholas II or Enver Pasha.

Detachment Pop-Up

Post by Bis »

I'm working my way through Tutorial 2 and am having trouble combining the two cavalry detachments in Milwa. I place the first as instructed but when I place the seceond, no pop-up menu appears. Please advise. Thanks.

keep hold of the unit and move it around until the pop up comes up saying its the Russian army then let go. Its very tricky just slowly move it around the army counter until it says Russian Army and not the description of the area.

This is called the dreaded sweet spot. Thats why the new amry management window has come into play with the gold version

Yep...IMO the army management tab has made things so much easier when combining/detaching units.

Yes, the army management window solved all this "hot spot" problems.

We kept Tutorial #2 as is because we must guarantee the compatibility with version 1.07, the pre-Gold free version for those previous owners of WW1 who don't want to buy the Upgrade to Gold.

This was my issue as well, thanks for the answer. Is this "Army management window" described in the tutorial as well?

Thanks,

Scott

Thanks. I think I'll look up "Army Management tab" in the Manual.

Not yet, I'm working on the Tutorial #4 right in these days. This new Tutorial will be released with the first official patch 1.08D of Gold edition.

It's explained in the Gold manual additions pdf.
