Medical Attributes

Does this brigade attribute only benefit the immediate container it is attached too? For example if in a division would it also benefit the Corps if one or the rest of the Army if in one as well?

think I found the answer in the readme. thought i remembered seeing it somewhere.

"A brigade with a Medical Attribute now lowers disease losses by 20% for all units directly
attached to the same military group or fort; brigades with two Medical Attributes lower
disease losses by 40%. (This supersedes the
• old rule under which the Medical Attribute reduced disease losses by 50% only for the
brigade with the attribute.)"

I take it this to be the immediate group so only division level. or whereever it is assigned. I still wonder though if you have an Army with 6 divisions and one independant brigade with this attribute will it work on all the units attachd???

I highly doubt that a unit attached to an army directly would benefit units within divisions. Eric's in the woods camping, though, so I can't ask him. And after so many years I doubt he'd remember offhand. Perhaps it will add to the charm of the game for there to be an element of mystery...
