Do fighter's weapons damage drop over distance?

Post by Liquid5n0w »

I'm comparing the damage of the different kind of fighters, but if the bombers have no drop off while the fighters do half damage at range, the bombers would be obviously better. Any idea about this new feature?

I'll have to check but I believe the Torpedo based Bombers do have a drop off over distance.

The Missile based Bombers do not have a drop off though - Missile damage does not drop off over distance on either ships or Bombers.

And the interceptors? I assumed the torpedo ones must have a drop off because their damage number is just so damn high.

I believe the Interceptors like the Bombers just use smaller versions of the Beam and Torpedo weapons that the main ships use, so yes, I think they have a drop off over distance as well.
