AE insignia art mod completed

Final packages are now uploaded on the bitmap art site.

I'd say about 90% done, with only minor bitmaps remaining.
Les has been doing excellent work on those guys.

Japanese and the Allies are available.
Both sides include LCU, AGP, and ship insignia.

Only some updates and revisions will be done for these from here on.

For those playing without the art bitmaps, you are missing out on a real visual enhancement for the game.[;)]
