Slowing down combat graphics !

I have discovered how to slow down the Unit Combat Graphics within the game.

Double click to Open the DATA FILE in the game directory.Now at the bottom of the list inside the DATA file,there is file called ( option.ini )double click to open this file,and what will be displayed, see below.
