Loading scenario: Campaign #2, does it lead to Sealion?

Loading scenario: Campaign #2, does it lead to Sealion?

If I do not want to have to invade Poland, but would like to start with the Western Front and I load Scenario Campaign #2, (France), will that lead me to Sea lion?
