The XNA font formatting system does not support foreign words well.

Main game fonts are fine, but the yellow tips are not showing when using non-alphabetical words (exhibits "***").

I hope you are going to solve this problem, there are many games on Steam that support multi-languages and sells well in other countries.

Actually there are already German and French versions. It is possible to translate DWU as it is right now. What language are you looking for?

Thanks for your reply. Great to hear that foreign versions are coming!

I'd like to know whether you are working on a Chinese version. It is possible to translate, true, but there are two problems:

1. In game yellow fonts failed to render, they become "***" for Chinese (and several other orient languages that I tested) characters.

2. Main game font is too large for Chinese words, this is a general problem when replacing English words with Chinese words.

The second problem is self-solving if you can externalize (make them costomizable) font size and color settings (which also solves the problem of some players complaining too small English words).

Sorry that I cannot post Pics right now.
