OOB and other stuff

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

OOB and other stuff

So, to get the ball rolling: is the OOB handled any differently? is there a hierarchy?

I would think that since this is based on the 3.5 patch there would be no major differences, but...

Would be possible to convert TOAW III scenarios to IV version?

I'm not sure just how much detail I can give about the features yet. I hope to find out soon. But, of course III scenarios will convert to IV.
