I think you'll need to carry on through the US Chit and pact chit phases.

Please put the US chit into the Japan pool and I think Mayhemizer will want the USSR chit on defence.

If you can send me the file at Production and everyone can send me their instructions, I'll go through the end of turn routine.

I can do that but I think it is better if you recreate the partisan step. The die rolls needed should arrive with email. That way you can ponder on eventual US entry actions. And I do not need to see that form. I mailed a save from the HQ reorganization step.

Japan just needs information if any US entry actions affect them.

File arrived, so I've recreated the partisans.

Where to Germany wish to place their pact chits?

Turn end instructions for France and USSR

Production planning

France: Use recourse in Metz in same hex. Save oil from Canada to Bayonne (8 BPs and 2 saved oil points).
US: Use all Venezuela oil for production (15 BPs and 1 saved oil).

Stay at sea and RTB

Note: There seems to be some CW convoys in North Atlantic that are going to return to base. Also one German CP in Baltic Sea is returning to base.

France keeps all possibler ships in seas. From West Med ships to Marseilles. CA from CSV to Casablanca.

Use oil

France reorganizes all using oil points from Damascus and Bayonne.
USSR reorganizes all but TB-3 and TB-7 (1,4 oil) using saved oil in Omsk.

No Scrap

Production

France 8
MIL
AA gun
FTR2

USSR 15
MTN
INF HQ
LND2

Reinforcements

France assings pilot to MS 406

If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.

Yes you can, without having to go back to the stay at sea phase, but it requires making some minor edits to the game file.

I didn't think it gave the choice then, but I may be wrong.

Anyway, assuming that we can do something about it, here are the German end of turn orders:

Germany

3 x save oil - 2 x Warsaw and 1 x Berlin
2 x oil to Italy, 3 resources to Italy (no change)
11 Build Points

Return to Base

He-115c to La Spezia

Oil Expenditure

Do not use Berlin oil - Reorganise all (for 3.4) except for:
Two old battleships, and 3 x convoy (should be enough for 1 convoy .1 to be organised.

This means I should have 4 oil saved – all in Berlin

Production

1 x FTR (2)
1 x LND (3)
2 x PIL (4)

Reinforcement

1 x Bf109-E7 (Cologne)
1 x Bf109-F1 (Aachen)
1 x Stuka (Dusseldorf)
1 x He-115c (Kiel)
1 x HS-123 (Saarbrucken)

Bismarck (Kiel)

I'm missing orders for 2 BP's. I make it 9 BP's for the aircraft and pilots but you say you have 11. Am I missing something?

Indeed. Those CPs that are not at sentry can be clicked on so they stay at sea. You can check their status to see if they stay at sea or return to base.
