I'm about to transfer the V1.16 changes of the 1939 campaign manually into my mod. Now I've a problem with the line: "Decreased land units’ Operational Costs from 15 to 10%; air units from 30 to 20%." In the Editor menu "Movement Costs" I found the setting for "Operational Movement". I suppose here are the settings for the land units (15 to 10%!). But where are the air units hiding? Part of the game engine?

There is a second thing that I do not understand yet. The Readme file says: "Successful diplomacy against Minors can move the targeted country 4-24% towards your side."
In the vanilla campaigns, however, a value of 8-16% is consistently set for the Minors. Why this deviation?

Hi

1) It's now hardcoded for air units' operational costs to be automatically double that of land units.

2) The influence per chit is 4-8%, with a 33% chance of a Minor Influence Bonus which means the Minor swings an extra 8-16%.

I hope both make sense now?
