Obstacles are not effective.
I still have to do some tests, but for example the tanks obstacle does not slow down / block the vehicles.

In the animation the vehicle goes around the obstacle and doesn't enter it.

The effectiveness of obstacles can be debated. Remember that we don't have dedicated engineering vehicles in the game, and both sides can place the obstacles almost as they wish, so they must not block 100% of movement in the map cell.
