Problem in the map creation

I am trying to create a new map. I am using terrain palette but sometimes the game does not recognize it and the map shows the same terrain. Then, delete in my edit program the last change, save de file again and the problem is solved. I do not know why. Any idea?

Make sure you save it as a 24 bit file.
