When will 1.04C arrive Alvaro?

Even though I am reluctant to start a PBEM game under a beta patch, I am really considering it now. Because at this point I have no idea when we could see an official version of the game again. And 1.04 is broke.

Err... latest beta patch obliterated my game, it does not reach anymore the Menu.

Only the scenario creation. There was a fix for the if_NegotiatedSurrender flag. I made it last a turn for a Vichy issue.

The only game manual change is that subs went from 200 to 120.
