HQ Hierarchy

Post by Deathtreader »

Howdy,

Time for me to put my dummy sign back on again....

In all my time in playing this game {couple of very enjoyable years at the least} I've never been able to replicate the "Mouse over cursor for HQ's" that is shown and explained on page 53 of the manual.
What's the secret??
I'm just about ready to sacrifice a chicken or two...….[&:]

Thanks!

Rob.
So we're at war with the Russkies eh?? I suppose we really ought to invade or something. (Lonnnng pause while studying the map)
Hmmmm... big place ain't it??

Open display options and select Reset to default (show HQs).

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply!

Unfortunately I wasn't clear about which display I was referring too....it's the pyramidal HQ/unit display on p53 of the printed manual and p52 of the eBook manual. For some reason I can't import a copy of the display in question.

If you are talking about this image it's just an illustration of what happens in the game when you place the cursor over an HQ. All that matters is the colors.

That's the one!
No wonder I couldn't reproduce it in the game...duh...

Still, it would be a nice addition to functionality when allocating units to an attack/defense to determine/preserve organizational integrity. No going thru each stack to check who belongs to whom.

Just a suggestion...
