Kharkov T34 factories

What do you recommend doing with the T34 factories in Kharkov? If you have the rail points to move all of it, do you do it? Or do you just move, say, 1 factory point? Do the other factories grow, 1 point per turn, to reach the expansion limit?

In the War room there is a post dedicated to factories evac for the Soviet, very useful. I would evac just 1 point of the factory on the frist turn when you can, it will slowly grow back to its maximum 1 point/week. You will have plenty of T34 anyway...

AFV and aircraft factories expand. The others do not. You can see the expansion rate and build rate for each factory when you click on the aircraft or afv type in production report.
