save a turn in server game?

Can one save a turn in progress in a server game? I mean before ending the turn and sending it back ? I dont mean cheating, just not losing half a turn when you have to close the game before finishing all your move and be able to continue later on where you left it at? I don't want to mess thing up by hitting the save button, not sure...
