Bingo, 84 shipyards available that I can use right away, in addition of the 65 already used.

In the end, looks at what can be done. A total of 65 shipyards with 0 available.

Here I have a production that would need:

10 MM x 10 = 100
4 x 1 = 4
8 x 10 = 80
4 x 1 = 4

188 shipyards for a total of 65 shipyards. This is completely killing BoA.

I can only hope an honest player would not abuse it until fixed. However some might abuse it without even noticing[8|]

I wonder if it is when ships get sent back as a reinforcement to a country's pool? Like the Greek ship goes UK and when it pops it reverses gives back shipyards.

Yes, that is exactly what NCC1701E says is happening. I am sure many players (including myself) have abused this without even knowing it.

Me too, I have checked my current PBEMs and, in two of them, I am above the limit by mistake.

But seriously, this bug is puzzling me. Once fixed, the UK will be in serious trouble against Axis subs. I don't want to be the one opening the "Axis is too strong" thread but I am starting to think this a little...

I checked and in my current game against Sillyflower, UK has 15 extra shipyards but the Netherlands, Greece and Vichy France are still neutral.
The discrepancy would seem to have been caused by the UK BB King George V arriving recently.

Sorry Sillyflower, I may have mistakenly used more in a previous turn since I'm always trying to maximize shipyard use.

You have 65 shipyards in total. In production, you are using 61 shipyards (6 MMs plus 1 escort).

So, 61 + 19 = 80 shipyards in total. If I am doing 80 - 15 (a patrol group), we are back to the 65 shipyards in total.

Netherlands, Greece and Vichy France are perhaps still neutral but my guess is that Norway surrenders. Norway is giving one patrol group and there is exactly the same problem with them.

Am i right?

It's the same bug. I have to flag those ships as arrivals instead of productions. Luckily I made allowances for such things in the code.

Just one question related to your fix, are on-going games already doomed?
