Ah, JSGME I have heard of... I use it when running the old Silent Hunter III game and all the various mods I used.
Thanks.

Erik:
After reading this thread, my over-active brain started churning once all the turkey kicked-in and I have been mulling over this idea:

Exhibit A: Andrew Brown's snappy, sharp new corrected WITP:AE maps in both (!) standard and extended sizes

Exhibit B: AndyMac's ongoing Scenario/AI/Unit stellar tweaking efforts

My Question:
Do you think there is any way Matrix could combine their efforts and - as part of your WITP:AE Community Pack- take the corrected versions of AB's maps along with AndyMac's fixed original scenarios and alternative scenarios into a one-stop solution for those needing to update a new install of WITP:AE?
I believe the value would be in establishing a new 2021 baseline that all mod developers could launch or tweak their existing content from so that we could all benefit from the latest map fixes and AI and scenario work.
Not sure the scope of what I am asking for, but in the spirit of "If you don't ask..."

I hope you will consider such an arrangement to highlight and reward the Devs who continue to add value to our purchases of the game.

Just another thought, if there is an agreed-on set of mods and an agreed on best version, we could potentially create a "community pack" update installer of sorts that would make getting the base WITP-AE loaded up with that set of changed files much easier and add that as a Members Club download.
good idea I have about 22 scenarios all updated with new AI's posted in various places

(And about 6 I gave up on)

She made her appearance last night! May be a little preoccupied for a few months, but will be taking 2 months off work once my wife is wrapping up her maternity leave so I have bookmarked this thread and will pore over it in full then to force myself to get things working and finally learn the ropes. Thanks all for your kindness!
