Fixed negative merchant marine bug
Fixed sub pursuit bug
Change targeting in naval combat - Air attacks - CV = 6 -> 10, BB 4 -> 2.... sub attack CV 6/9 -> 10/15
Added "night action" flavor text to combat logs
Fixed neutral air unit move bug I created
Add bookmarks to print friendly version in game version rules manual
Fixed air range occasional bug
Change retreat hex range 2 -> 3 hexes
Change naval retreat hex range 3 -> 6 hexes
Fixed A.I. using engineers to upgrade ports
Fixed resource defense text in combat log
Change land combat odds always have 3% retreat if the odds are 1:1 or greater. It was any odds.
Change rail repair rate 3 -> 2 to balance out the game pace.
Change ground strikes increase interdiction 25-30% -> 35-50%
Change interdiction will show up on enemy units reflecting if they have been interdicted
Fixed unit merging and swapping to work with units that have not moved yet
Fixed units that swap keep the entrenchment of their hexes
Change added ground support factors to combat logs
Fixed ground support correctly adds full amount not being reduced by attacker penalty
Added anti-sub for air unit on the unit display
Added if_Chance=(1-100) which is an event checker to activate the event if the random roll is less than 100
FIxed capped ground support at maximum to match units value
Fixed air units showing using a supply truck in hotseat mode on the enemy turn
Fixed hex control when all major powers have surrendered bug
Fixed end of game all major powers surrendered bug
Change all units that have a tank factor and oil use are now considered oil using units for supply penalties which include armor, mech, and USA large corps
Added 2 sub groups to the USSR in the 1941 scenarios
Fixed end of game error on no active countries
Fixed effectiveness loss for combat in some scenarios
Fixed night movement CV intercept bug
Fixed reset air pick when swapping countries in build screen. China on GS to Red China error
Change Ulanbator is now supply source for Mongolia and a road added to connect to USSR
A.I. better Phil setup
disable Convoy, road, rail toggle in editor
Fixed text for Mongolian capital
Fixed land/air unit sunk at sea not returning logistics
Change NEI unit at Palembang strength 5 -> 10
Improved A.I. for Philippines invasion
Fixed overrun bottomed ships bug
Fixed supply issue in Burma for Allies
Fixed Musashi max strength bug
Fixed merging fleets going over limit
Fixed hex night mission 1 hex short
Change PC groups 100pp -> 80pp

Awesome! Early Christmas! Thanks Alvaro! And thanks for fixing some of the relatively minor issues that I pointed out like Mongolia and Russian navy
