Logistics

Post by Staufenberg44 »

A few questions about logistics:

I gather this sets a limit on what sort of units (land and air, not naval or support) that a country can create. When the stockpile reaches zero is there any way to increase this other than disbanding land or air units? Does a country's logistics ever historically increase?

Thanks.

AFAIK there is no change ever. This matters for communist China and canada the most. For the latter, if you have an opening IIRC you want to disband the mountain division and/or possibly the HQ to get the maximum number of units. If you're really raking in the dough you can set things to garrison to decrease logistics cost and then ungarrison as a means to surpass the maximum logistics. I am not sure if that has been patched since 1.03.

I thought it would be that way. Thanks. )
It seems to greatly affect the UK in the 1942 scenario.

Ah, that makes sense too. There's no easy way around it. You really want to keep UK ground on the board for the sweet 6 ops points on corps.
