Does holding Shlisselburg as Axis isolate Leningrad and Oranienbaum?

My strategy was based on the above and what I have read in the manual below...
There are ports on either side of Lake Ladoga, if you capture the one on the west bank or the three on the east bank, Leningrad will be isolated and vulnerable to a head on assault.
