Mortalen race victory conditions

Are the Mortalen race victory conditions bugged? Even with multiple playthroughs with Mortalens, I've only managed to get points for the first one: conquer the most enemy planets. Having the most experience general/admiral is hard to assess- it's possible there are more experienced ones out there. But I fight a lot of wars and typically win them all, so I expect to get points for "win 70% of your wars".

Has anyone managed to get points for the others? How did you manage it?

I've experienced the same thing with wars. The only thing I can think of is that wars declared against you but resolved without fighting may also be included. If that is the case, then it is impossible to achieve this goal.
