German Builds: - Armor HQ, Armor, and motorized div. Place all reinforcements in western front cities. Do not put any pilots in planes. Remove the Do 17E from the map.

Italian Builds: - Pilot. Roma Motorized Infantry in Genoa. Cicogna in Milan.

Japan: Land 3, pilot, Infantry, militia and volunteer. Reinforcements in Tokyo or Fukuoka.

If Axis win initiative ( no reroll for Axis ), the Allies will move first.

Axis SAS instructions - All German units return to base. naval units to Kiel. German nav to 46,37. Italian Sparviero to hex due west of Bremen. Gabby to 46,38. Sub in CSV to La Spezia. Subs in West Med move down a box.
Gabby can not land in 46,38 because it is still Danish controlled. Put it one hex SW instead (Lubeck). I hope this works.

No big deal yet but I wanted the Do 217 removed from the map during that phase.

You wrote that the Do 17E was to be removed. And it was. The Do 17Z remains.

With that said, I am willing to go back and change if it was not according to your intentions. (I think going back will change the draw of some units built. We are ok with that)

My mistake, thanks.

Short of time but I sent you the turn. Land actions for Germany and Japan, combined for italy. No naval move for Italy. German moved units West. Japan some consolidation moves plus more moves toward Changsha from the East.

Italian Rebased planes South from North German Coast. German Heinkel moved to Italy. Messerschmidts west out of Poland. On the road for several hours now.

Impulse #3 (Allies)

Land: China
Combined: USA, USSR
Naval: France, CW

No port strikes. No naval air.

Naval Movement:

USA:
CL + INF Div (Long Beach) -> Hawaiian Islands
2 TRS + NAV2 + FTR2 (Long Beach) -> Polynesia

France:
TRS (Brest) -> CSV 0-box - embark INF (Casablanca)
2 BB -> West Med
BB + 2 CA -> North Sea
A few convoy escorts leave port

CW:
Plenty of convoy escorts leave port. Including one CV to CSV, and three BB.
CVL -> CSV
2 SUB -> Italian Coast
Liner (Gibraltar) -> Mozambique Channel
4 BB + CA + CL -> North Sea

Allies decline to initiate any naval combat. Will Italy initiate in the West Med?

Why ground strike them? I don't get it. You'll get a +2 (or odds shift when playing with 1D10 table) for every one of these bombers if you use them for ground support when attacking Teheran.

Yea, it is because the land attacking force isn't big enough to get to 10:1. 7:1 is as high as it can get on this impulse and that can be done with two bombers. Thus we used two bombers trying to get it to 7:1 +1.

Edit: This is an 1d10 table issue.
