Issue displaying production damage

Hi Alvaro !

I think there is a problem when displaying production damage. I'm playing several games, and damage caused by strategic bombing are not correctly displayed. In this particular game, I just bombed Metz, but all we can see is a thin red line instead of the number :

Yeah, sometimes the box containing the information of a hex is not correctly sized to properly display everything. It should probably be bigger by default to prevent this.

I'll make a note of it for the next patch.

Strat damage gets 1st converted to direct damage, then damage to factories.

Is your scaling higher?

Doing this in my game and it doesn't do this.

I tried increasing windows scale to 150% just to be sure it isnt an OS issue and it showed fine.
But I see it is an in game scaling issue. When I increase the game scale it messes it up.
