Discrepancies between game and manual

To reflect the latest patch (either to solve the manual or the game):

ALL countries
. Paratroopers corps have an anti-air value of 0 whereas in the manual, it says anti-air value is 1

Italy
. Italian headquarters : -1 guns
. Italian infantry corps : -1 firearms, -1 guns, can't build large corps
. Italian Marine division : -1 firearms, -1 guns
. Italian paratroopers corps : -1 firearms (and the missing anti-air)
. Italian mechanized corps : -1 defense

UK
. UK infantry large corps : +1 oil use, +1 operation point

USSR
Soviet headquarters : -1 defense
Soviet infantry corps : -10 strength, -1 firearms, -1 artillery, -2 defense
Soviet infantry army : -1 artillery, -1 defense
Soviet cavalry corps : -1 defense
Soviet mountain corps : +1 firearms, -1 artillery
Soviet mechanized and armor corps : everything in the manual is correct except that their oil use value is 4.

Canada
. Canadian infantry large corps : +1 oil use, +1 operation point
. And an opened question. Why the Canadian mechanized and armor corps are not using +1 oil use like the UK or the USA since they are using the same tank equipment? (total oil use of 3)

I am a little confused regarding the latest version of the manual. Where is the latest and the greatest? I have so many versions all over my hard drive, hahaha. So, some clarity would be appreciated!
