Cant get updates

Just bought the game (again) and the in game update doesnt work gives an error and says to contact Matrix.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

In 20 years of buying from Matrix I've never seen one of their in-game updates ever work. An error is all I ever get. I just use the feature on occasion to see if there is a new patch available and then download the patch from My Page.

Why did ya have to buy AE again? It should be in the MY PAGE listing were all of your game purchases are....GP

It was only 16 bucks and the my page doesnt link to the download for the game.

If you had a valid serial number and it's not on yoy my page then you could simply have registered it. from the same page.

Strange, works for me although I do prefer to goto my page and download it.
