New Scenario For Testing - Caspian Crude

Hello, just finished my first attempt at making a scenario and was looking for feedback. It covers a clash between Iranian and Azerbaijani forces over the Caspian Sea.

I'm both not the best at this game and still pretty new to the event editor and scenario editor in general, so I'm pretty sure there will be things that I have missed or are unbalanced. By all means let me know what does or doesn't work and what I could do to improve things. Any feedback is appreciated!
