Shanghai was supporting our troops in China with large air attacks that got trashed by huge Allied raids. But, we bag quite a few combers as the sweeps arrive late.
You will also see that rockets are now viable in combat, but in anti-shipping and ground attack patch, I hope they can be out today.

First tanker slips into DEI, we hope, was detected at level 1. One hope is that they think it was a sub-. We plan to do one at a time, not to alert them and bring some oil in. We are almost out of oil.

Two new planes are starting production (but we do not have enough engines!) that are ground breaking.

Allies airdrop into Korea!
Allied CV pursue my empty tankers and covers CV into DEI, but they hit nothing.... my counterstrike gets through but is vaporised by the flak of Allied CVB. One hit on a BB. My main forces were still destroying the big airfield - nearly another midway!

Allies find my main CV group in port and launch around 50 4E of various types...do enormous damage but sink none of them
ME 264 units from HI range deep into allied territory also for a port attack. In this mod, the Germans only have around 16 of these planes - Japan can build German planes for them, but they may only go into German units ( Geramn units can also only accept raw pilots and not transfer in or out. This means that some AC factories can build for them, but it's of limited value as there are only about a max of 40 deployable, which seems to be a good way to handicap this kind of unit.
In the North, we prepare for perhaps our final surface battle - the weather looks overcast, so that may help. We need to keep a link open between us and China - or all will be lost in China.

Well, what a non-event. We missed the biggest prizes in one of our last attempts, we could have bagged two Essex CVs or the transport TF, but we met the DD and then the New Jersey TF.
4 X 20 inches and 2 or 3 14 inches put an end to Oklahoma. Two hits on NJ by 20 inch shells and numeropus small ones - not sure we did much. Hiei hit by one 16 inch and OY hit by 2 I think - one penetrated the belt armour. Then, whilst running for HI...she was hit by several ASMs and bombs but did little damage.

Hong Kong Falls - the first big port he can use actually- allies continue to advance in China.
My old CVL and CV suffer the final price outside Korea, and the last good surface units waste yet more opportunities - a big mess.
