New Build Limits for China

In my latest game I can now build 3 AA and 3 Arty in China. Was this changed last patch? I also noticed that sometimes build options are shown as possible but when you click on that item (like extra SF in India) the buy button greys out.

The limit is still 2 for both, so either you're playing a mod or using Soft Build Limits that will enable you to buy more.

Yeah, 3rd AA-unit for China would be huge.
Considering the 3 major city entry
Japan finds way to exploit those without AA, or just pound away with Elite Armies.
My current game as Allies, I checked, it's hard limits.
Started same time as your ELO game.

Haven't played with Soft builds in long time.
But you'll notice, once you go past the standard count of units, the cost exponentially explodes.

Slaps issued: 16 - Patton, Dana White, Batman, Samson. Medals/Salutes given: 6, warnings received: 11, suspensions served: 4, riots: 2.
