Automated starfighter designs don’t use the latest components

I’ve recently acquired, through my spies, some starfighter related techs and components from the Gizureans. So that those designs wouldn’t use the latest techs would be one thing. But even the designs using my native starfighter hulls and components don’t use the latest and most advanced components.

For instance, the BMR-9 Basic Bomber design (Bomber designs have always been automated in this current game), uses Fission Reactors, despite Novacore and Quantum reactors being available.

The same problem is also present in the Interceptor designs.

We've made improvements to the ship designer these past public betas, but there are still areas we need to delve further into how race-specific techs affect the auto-designer. This is a known issue that we're investigating.
