Factory repair via rail move

Not sure if this has been reported or not, but here it is in case....

When you rail move a "RED" damaged factory to another location, it becomes a "YELLOW" damaged factory, thuse saving you the 5 supplies to repair.

I did this by chance with China. The Lanchow factory was Red and I moved it to Chungking. VOILA! Yellow damage level.....

Obviously this should not happen......I think? Right? [;)]

Known problem. Joel said it will be fixed by not allowing damaged factories to move.
