Serial Number Question

Post by cnield »

When you buy Puresim, can you download and install a newer version and still use the same serial number? Also, is it possible, if Puresim is installed on one computer, to uninstall it and register with the same serial number on a new computer?

I am using the shareware version of puresim right now, and I would like to know more about registration before I buy the full version.

Can anyone help?

When you upgrade to a newer version (In the same year) you won't have to put your serial in again. When the next year's version comes out, you have to purchase again if you want to upgrade, but that's it.

You also get two serial uses, so you can install on two computers without uninstalling.

When the Matrix release comes out this week existing PureSim 2005 purchasers will be able to get a "replacement" serial number free of charge (Matrix uses a different system).

Of course true PureSim fans will want to purchase the full Matrix release so they can get their very own boxed copy of the game on CD :)

Bless me Shaun, for I have sinned. Since my last confession I contemplated not purchasing the game again because I would have received the 2006 version 'free of charge' as an existing paid owner.

Since then, I am reborn!

I'm going to buy the new version in order to (1) support Shaun, (2) reinforce my position as a LOYAL member of the PSB family, (3) own the cool new box, and (4) argue with my wife as to why I'm not going to throw away THIS box even though it may fall under the category of 'clutter'.

Ahhhh... confession is so... enlightening.
