what about in non steam game...how to revert to old 1.11.03? extract the 1.11.03 patch?

I'd do an uninstall and clean reinstall, then install the 1.11 patch, then any mods you are using. If you try to install the 1.11 patch over 1.12 who knows what you'll get?

When HQ's are destroyed and reconstituted way back in the rear, it would make more sense if the units that had been subordinate to them were reassigned to the next highest HQ. It's kind of odd to have 6th Army way back in the Urals as a STAVKA HQ and then all these 6th Army guys still in Ukraine.

Not if you have a massively over loaded front......and why they have to reappear on the Eastern edge is beyond my brain to comprehend.
