CW add a LND3 from Gibraltar to the 0-box.

Will Italy add their FTR2 that can reach the 1-box?

Germany sends 3 CP's to the Baltic.

Italy sends 2 subs to Cape St Vincent 2 box and 3 box.

The sub in the 2-box begins searching for the Allied convoys.

To try and improve their chances of finding the Allied convoys, the Italian subs hunt on the surface. They come unstuck when the Royal Navy's advance screen locates them.

Which boxes to include and how do the Allies want to play this?

If there are 8 surprise points against the 2-box only, then CW selects that box only. And use all surprise points to increase damage done.

If there is less than 8 surprise points CW pick both boxes, and use all surprise points to increase damage done.

Abort port is Gibraltar.

CW stay.

There are indeed 8 points, so 2-box only picked and all points used to increase damage. Before that roll, however, how do the Allies want to place the aborts?
