Burma
Lo and behold the enemy shows up at Pegu as expected! Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, with heavy rain in the morning and severe storms in the afternoon. Nevertheless, the Allied bombers, well covered by RAF Hurricanes, do a creditable job at going after the enemy invasion convoys. Wirraway covered his transports with a considerable number of fighters, including the elite Tainan group with Zeros, but today they came up short against my pilots. At the end of the day, the Japanese land three divisions + of troops (now weakened) at Pegu. Air combat results for the day displayed at the bottom.
