CW has 2 options with 2 surprise points:

1) Italy takes D and CW takes 2A
2) Italy takes A and CW takes no effect

Italy has one submarine in the sea area and CW has 2x CA

HMS Cornwall takes the first abort and HMS Kent the second.

Edit: And primary abort port is Gibraltar.

Italian submarine is aborted to France on a 9.
