I converted all 2 folders to Webp format, but half of the images still didn't display in the simulator

The process of adding a platform takes time. Information needs to be verified, if there are new systems their information also needs to be confirmed and added before they can be added to a platform. On top of that once you look at the platform request database you will see the mountain of requests that they are dealing with. I did check the github and don't see a request for your referenced platform yet.

You generally need some intellectual flexibility when dealing with Chinese stuff. Designations change often, different companies build technically similar stuff (especially radars), and sometimes the shuffle is purposeful.Things are not going to get better, particularly as the drive for cheaper stuff allows more products to enter the market (Drones and munitions especially).

In my DB image folder I miss a lot of sensors since it upgraded to .webp format.
Is this correct? If yes I can provide some sensor images.

there's a mismatch with the image set for the DB3k ship 4417 - MRRV 4401 Tubbataha [Parola Class] (Philippines - 2019).

It has this one, which actually is BRP Batangas, of the San Juan class (ID 4418).
