So the chance of winning the initiative if you were willing to request a re-roll was 75.25% versus 55%.

The 5-4 infantry is going to move into Suez and then along railroad into Alexandria. I believe that being able to make these adjustments after the fact is part of the mitigation to MWiF recalculating production and convoy routes. I rely on the unused CPs screen on the global map to either fill in gaps or RTB excess CPs. It infuriates me when you add a CP to fill a gap or RTB an excess CP and then MWiF recalculates and production doesn't change (in the case of adding a CP) or gets worse (in the case of RTB a CP). Of all my gripes with MWiF production planning that's my biggest!
