Hey, Andre, do you and your family have any Thanksgiving plans yet? [:)]

The BBM will leave our home after learning how to gorge on Turkey, American Style. [8D]

We'll be staying in the area for Thanksgiving, as we are travelling for Christmas. Thanksgiving will be an immediate family affair this year. Turkey and football-lovely. [:)]

Seems I've already started Thanksgiving. I bought a smoked turkey on Wednesday. Already gone. Then my buddy cooked one up yesterday for the footbal game. Damn you Vikings! What the hell was that.

First day back at work after 2 months tithe.

Network not working. And it seems to be an issue with corporate. [8|]

Could be worse. You could have started the day getting your teeth drilled. WHEEEEEEEEE [sound of oral drill] GRRRR GRRRR GREEEEEE. [:D]

I got that done over vacation. Mixing business with pleasure....I think.

Did you find a nice flat/house in LA?

Yep. Got a nice 2 bedroom in Chatsworth. It will be ready for move-in in 2 weeks. I'll have a nice big office cave all to myself. BTW, did I mention it has central AC? [:D]

So you will move into San Pornando Valley? Cool! [8D]

How long does it take you to the center of LA or to the beach?

It was neither. I fell off a building we were constructing. That's the day I proved this is one Czech that doesn't bounce.[:D]

Also, I just finished posting the beginning of my first AAR with Jeff over at the Campaign Series forum.

I think I see where this is going....[X(]

The beach will be about 20-30 minutes via Topanga canyon. And its the nicer beaches, Malibu, Zuma, etc...avoiding that SaMo nonsense.

Hollywood and downtown would be tougher. Maybe 40 minutes without traffic to Hollywood and maybe 45 to an hour to Downtown (but who wants to go there).

Ah...Topanga canyon drive. Right up there with Canon-dune for great driving experiences in SoCal. Pacific Palisades and points north are your better choices for beaches too. One of the few things I miss about that state....sigh...

True, but finding parking in Pali is a pain.

I haven't bought it yet, but I have a few good ideas. I will take Mike's counsel what annoys you enough without making you really angry! [:D]
