I think I see the error straight away, it comes from the scenario name using Brackets () around Andrew's Standard Map ...

1.06 is fairly old isn't it ? The new CHS scenarios, don't have this ... I'll put it on our list to do ...

Sorry for now ...

----Damian----

That's not it, it's the quote (') in Andrew's. I fixed it for the comment in 1.0.1, but not the scenario name... [:(]

Nothing we can change by ourselves?
Looks to be a great work! [:)]

Sorry, not possible for a game already in progress. The next version should fix this.
Delete the trackerdb.* files.
Copy the pwsdll.dll file from the game folder to the WitPTracker folder.
Try running the WitPTracker.bat again.

Under the "Air Production" section, the "Avail" should be like the game (yr/mo) rather than mo/yr as you have it. Plus, adding a "0" before the first 9 months should help it come out chronological when sorted.

Can someone explain what the abbreviations in the same section with "Engines" for the last 4 columns mean?? Exclude the last column, of course. [:D]  I'm trying to understand what the data is and how that effects engines needed and for future R & D aircraft.

Thanks!

It's all in the *.pdf file ... but after work I'll write a better description about it ...

The information in the table shows for an aircraft model:
o The model ID
o The model name
o The type
o The number and type of engines in the model
o The monthly engine use (according to how many engines are needed)
o The number of the model that are in the pool
o The number of factories building the model and, in parenthesis, the
approximate number of planes produced per day
o The number of factories repairing to produce this model
o The number of factories halted on this model
o The number of factories not repairing for this model
o The total number of this model destroyed
o The average loss per turn
o The total used from the pool
o The total that CAN be built that are in air groups YET to arrive (air group reinforcements) so TBO.yta
o The number needed to fill existing air groups
o The number of days until the next air group needing this model arrives
o The date the model is available
o The warnings (not yet implemented)

I agree with the date settings, and I shall correct this in due time ...

Sorry wrong Table:

The information in the top table shows for an engine type:
o The engine ID
o The engine name
o The number of engines in the pool
o The number of factories building that engine type and, in parenthesis, the
approximate number of engines produced per day
o The number of factories repairing to produce this engine
o The number of factories halted on this engine
o The number of factories not repairing for this engine
o The total number of factories for this engine
o The number of engines used based on planes being built (R&D in
parenthesis)
o The potential number of aircraft that can be produced using these engines
o The number of engines accrued (+) or shortfall (-), and in parenthesis, the
per day count
o The number of engines needed for aircraft in reinforcement air groups
o The warnings (not yet implemented)

Can you check why PDU tick box in A/C production screen do not work? (At least for Allies) e.g. not possible to see full upgrade possibilities.

WiTPTracker tends to hang from time to time when I update the information.

Sorry, I know it doesn't work properly at present, I believe it is set to PDU on at present, but it is on my list of things to do ... will get to it shortly, and try to enhance the display data.I need to sort out the permutations for Allied upgrades more specifically, as I think that it's configured more for Japanese at present, as little testing went into Allied PDU on...

Yes, Floyd and I are just finalising the new build and this (leaders) is taken care of ... keep an eye out, it'll be released shortly...
edit: Umm good idea about having it in the air groups too ... maybe we can have a warning ... but it will be dealt with in Leaders for this build
Thanks.

I'll leave the new screens and updates for Floyd to reveal later ... but there are some good enhancements.

Under the TF tab, can you add both Cargo and Tanker to the mission choices?? I like to use Transport only when troops and airframes are involved while I use Cargo for Supplies/Resources and Tankers for Fuel/Oil. The slight difference in icons makes it easier to track.[:D]

It happenes to me too. Just retry to load your turn and it will work.

Except when it completely hoses the database and you have to reload from scratch.

Is there an ETA on the latest version of Tracker being available??

I ask because I'm hoping to get a PBEM game started with the soon to be released update version of Nemo's Empire Ablaze and would like it use it there. [;)]

If I need to crack the whip on Damian, that can be arranged. [:D]

Great.

I have another idea. If it is possible technically to load combat replay file 001 and extract sigint and contact reports by base or visually on map.

If you have any pull with the cute cashier girl that smiles at me in the Quickie mart each morning ... you can stow the whip...you should have put the whip to those forces Sth of Noumea, but I fear they were more frightened of the sharks ... :)

Not to steal Floyds thunder ... but probably this coming week. Never tried it with Nemo's mod, does the existing WitpTracker work with it?

And as far as we can tell the new version will update the existing DB, so if you have loads of saved data, you won't lose any of it.

I started looking at doing this, it's possible, but it is a priority below re-writing the Industry screens and finalising a history of resources/supply etc So you'll have to rely on Bohdi's for that, for now...

Herwin, can you give us some details of mod / error message ?

I've gotten RHS EEO and now Big B's mod to work, so I don't think I'll have trouble with Empire's Ablaze.

QQ - For those of you who use Tracker, I'm redoing the cluster for B Big's mod and have assigned the left over Industry/Resource bases to their correct regions (I hope). Before sending it to Damian, do you leave all those Pacific Islands in their small regions or like I do, put them in a "South Pacific" region as there too many island groups for my taste.  What about China?? There are 4 or 5 separate regions here also.

Damian - I will talk with that girl, AFTER, you get the latest version out and not a minute before. [:D]

Under the Industry tab, will there be a way to indicate that a particular industry (HI or Armament for example) is still capable of expanding?? This will make it easier than looking at each one of them to find one that can.

This is fantastic work, guys!!! [&o][&o][&o]

I know things will change quite a bit when AE comes out, but I sincerely hope you will be able to use all of this hard work to base an AE version of WitP Tracker upon! [8D]

Looks like this baby is to the point where it is useful. May have to play around with it this long weekend.

Anyone done a cluster file for CHS yet?

I'm close to one for Big B's mod, so it should help out for CHS (I hope). I'll PM you when I get it done.

I sent out a RHS one to Damian earlier. Hope to do one for Nemo's Empire Ablaze this weekend.
