OKH is disapointed (So am I). The east front is too static, the panzers were not abble to blitz the russian army. Winter is coming...Hitler gives one month to conquer Minsk, Kiev and to isolate Leningrad. This front needs more planification. Here is a summary of the german units and his allies beginning september 41 but most of those units needs replacements, are exausted.

The 8 pz has been upgraded (new tanks that should be abble to defeat those T34). See the cost of the replacement ! Germany has around 190 PP a week...

I played until middle of November 1941 but I have encounter a problem...I sent 9 uboots groups in the ocean at the same time and I found out that I was not operating my uboots as RAIDERS ! I thought it was allways the case...what happended was a total disaster for the Royal Navy...all the convoys sending supplys in Afrika failed and instantly (That should be changed, I think) the english troops that I sent before to help France in Tunisia were so weak that the Italian army there helped by the DAK destroyed all of them !! So I decide to replay...we are the 24th of September 41...

You have to have sea superiority to operate supply convoys in a sea area. This is one of my least prodded areas, but I don't think that your own units cover the transports, they only hunt for the subs. Therefore you have to make a clean sweep first. UK can't support the French in Tunisia at this time.

Thanks Uxbridge, Great Britain is suffering a lot in north Afrika because of the partial supply they get. Central east atlantic is the sea zone to clear, Royal Navy sent 3 CV and an important number of surface units to hunt down the uboots. After two weeks the situation has not improved much...Here is a screenshot and if anybody can tell me my mistake because my british units in Egypt are really weak...

In Tunisia Italian units with the Afrika corps have destroyed all the french units there and they rush now to the north with the goal to take Sfax. The sky is english but the reddition of the french opended huge gaps in the front line...by the end of october, Sfax is nearly surrounded...the french navy moved in the central med but some raiders were sunk by italian vessels. in Egypt this are turning bad, some Italian infantry corps are pushing the english troops which are too weak because of the lack of supply.

In the east, the battle is enormous. I am playing both side but I can't tell what will be this front in a few months...by the end of September I was thinking that Germany has lost the war but by building strong level three inf and panzers corps, the odds seems to turn in favor for the germans. Minsk has fallen, Leningrad is in danger, in front of Kiev some russian tanks brigades have been almost destroyed. As the german player, i put most of my pp to replace an army (one week without attacking), I concentrate some of the strongest units in two or three areas and the week after they attack and obtain some results. By the end of october, Staline had to give the order to retreat in some part of the front to avoid the total destruction. A "canon folder event" the third one gave ten more inf div to build a new line of defense. Two counter attacks destroyed a german panzer corps in the south front.

9th army supported by the first Italian army will go for Smolensk. (recon revealed some new siberian inf corps there). Gomel is not an objective. When the 9th army will have taken Smolensk, she will turn south east to isolate Gomel.

The army group 10 will assault Kiev and the 8th will turn the city and pocket as many soviet units as possible. The 6 army will go south east and take Kiro. With the pressure of the hungarian and roumanian armys, the odessa's defenders will be trapped.
Kriegsmarine is sent in the norvegian sea to battle the royal navy and isolate Narvik. 7 uboots are hunting in the atlantic.
