Yes, it's that time again. The gaming tin stands at £1 and there are 169 weeks of freedom left for you all.

And now for a competition...

Spot the secret hideout...

Prize for the winner to be announced...

Best wishes,
Steve

Clearly your secret base is an abandoned Imperial outpost on the forest moon of Endor.

Well, you are all fairly close in that the secret hideout is somewhere on the map (ok, so Zartacla is a little more off the pace) but no cigars for anyone yet.

As a hunter of wargames, this was a simple exercise in photo recon.

Based on simple color shift, examination of water distribution, road net and terrain. My conclusion is where the red arrow is pointing.

Not so far way from known structures to disrupt the foliage or make unnecessary tracks. Close enough for use of heavy equipment during evening construction. Easy access to tunnel complex. Tree mounted cameras and mobile chipmunk cams for security along roads to known facility. Fake entrances along known roads/trails for the easily fooled.

£3 and 167 yadda yadda.

WarHunter is the closest so far but still not quite on the money despite the high tech photo analysis.

It appears that my secret hideout is safe from enemy infiltration. This only confirms my innate superiority over the rest of humanity. It is obvious to me now that it is my both my right and duty to lead the toiling masses to a glorious new era. It is lucky for you all that I am such a modest chap.

I think I shall have statues built in every town and there will be signed portraits of me for everyone to purchase at reasonable prices.

Oh yes, my august presence will watch over every household. I shall put that in a memo... Where is my secretary? Agnes? Have you seen my pen?

Best wishes,
Steve

I'll just send my "Peacemaker" to the area and that should take care of your hideout.

Hmmm.... I suspect the Swedes may need a lot of reeducation centers set up once my legions of terror have overrun the country.

£5 in the gaming tin. 165 weeks of freedom remaining for you all.

My recent acquisition of Commander: Europe at War changes nothing on the funding scene or the timetable. I shall be using it as a training device for my legions of terror and refining my world-conquest techniques.

This is Diane. She will be overseeing the setting up of the reeducation centers in conquered territories.

Well... it's that time again.

The gaming tin is worth £6 and there are 164 weeks remaining.

I have been working on my master plan for the enslavement of the planet. I call it "My Master Plan For World Domination". To confuse enemy agents working against me I keep it in a folder called "This is NOT My Master Plan For World Domination".

My capacity for deception knows no bounds.

Best wishes,
Steve
