2. Maintain sufficient garrison in Vichy to both discourage DOW by Italy and Germany from not declaring Vichy.

1. Maintain deterrence / counter to USSR forces in Asia.
2. Increase Nazi-Soviet pact ratio.

ASW, Sub Threat Matrix.
The CW was forced to use a combine to keep the BEF from getting trapped. With only 2 naval moves the RN wasn't able to send out any additional ASW patrols. The two naval moves were use in the East Med. While the RN failed to initiate combat and break Italian supply they have managed to get defensive shore bombardment in place in support of Alexandria.
