Plymouth is ungarrisoned and Germany immediately exploits the opportunity. One US fighter unit is eliminated.
German income this month is 1843 MP! Nothing useful is left to produce.

I agree. It would take Germany a substantial investment in MP to garrison Russia securely and would stop the snowball effect of a Russian surrender to a certain extent. Have the devs explained why they did this?
