I have seen your posts on the War in the East 2 Forum...
For the life of me I cannot see how:

Any rail repair happens to the EAST ( not north). IT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE that by August there is not a FULL ( green)
supply system to at least Minsk. By Nov they had a a FULL rail to Vyazma (near Moscow). if both of these do not occur
the whole truck transport system likewise turns to r#t sh*t...
I don't know anything about the historical rail conversion, so i'll defer to the developers on that. I do know that you can link up two double rail lines to minsk by turn 3, so early july.

Other issues:

How CV goes up. In November CV is about 1-5 ( earlier was 20-30)
The CV drops due to fatigue, lack of supply and ammo. Lack of trucks also impacts CV, and it's also hard to build CPP when you're on the offensive, which doubles CV. Weather effects also adversely effect CV.

For super depots? yes. It's the only way to get enough freight to keep up with the Soviets supply.

Turn 111

After some rather ineffective offenses, Gam3r turned it around and amassed a sufficiently large force to make serious gains and some nice pockets around Kharkov.

The following gains occurred over the past 8-10 weeks.

Unfortunately, some rifle divisions became surrounded, and some higher value targets were caught trying to save them. Now there's two more rifle divisions that just got caught :( You can see the destroyed units in this panel.

I abandoned the Rzhev salient as there was no more point to staying there after the time bonus ran out. There's a very significant Soviet force amassed near Smolensk, so we'll see if he ends up attacking there.

VP situation. It looks like he hasn't got a lot of the time bonuses that he should have.
