Turn 4

VL Area forces

I ensure there are no Soviet inflitrators into and through my line.

Turn 4

Vitebsk area, had to get rid of all the HQ's since they would impede my FBD coming fron the south to get the 2nd dual line going to the North. The soviet HQ squatters were dispersed from last turn.

Again keeping any inflitration of the Soviets to a minimum or none at all with unit placement.

Turn 4

Minsk area rail

Minsk FBD going north for 2nd dual line to VL is the intention. All rail repair in the North has 10 free RADs/OTs and 3 FBD's working full time. The Baltic rail network is that important.

Again, keeping any inflitration of the Soviets to a minimum or none at all with unit placement.

More Soviet HQ squatters! (circled in red) You think they think this is their country or something squatting on German Territory

Turn 4

South

I herd 3 "nice size inf divisions" into a pocket in the north of this screenshot and finally close the second pocket.

5 more units added to the 11 in the North near Leningrad for a total of 16 units if I remember correctly.

How long should one have to take turns before it is considered a forfeited game? Post in the AAR please.

Turn 5

Since no major battles I will just show end of turn placement with battle hexes. In the North I am just attacking to wear out some Soviet units. After a couple of turns of this and without a rotation these units will start exploding. In the South... well you are going to have to look at the photos.

No units surrounded in the North this turn, just straight up grinding. Don't get me wrong, I go for encirclements but it takes a setup to do them :). Infantry is on some of the line now to start freeing up PZ/Moto for resting.
