He did not expect that many troops on the Island in the Marshall Islands. He hit my ships at Palau and hurt a few. I can't say this enough I hate heavy bombers. His plan in Burma went a little wrong the last couple of turns. He did not expect me to clear my lines of supply so quick. I have Zekes now and Judys are coming soon. I hate the Ki 43IIa, they suck and I have so many of them. Hopefully 1.5 will work on already started games and I can get rid of a few of these groups. At the moment I am trying to bulid my pool of HI so 44 and 45 are not so bad. I was stupid and put had the two BB's that change to float carriers and did not turn upgrades off, so they are now complete and carry float planes. Just trying to dig into my defense lines. However defense is hard anywhere if allied heavy bombers can reach it. I say that I can hold a good line for a little while longer but then he will move where he wants.

Then Z sent a surfase resupply group to TRUK.. TRUK !!!
I could not believe my good fortune as Tk has been shutdown for awhile, only had some 38s on active anti shipping duty... hopefully we will get some freebies here in the next turn or two..

These ships only got a little system damage from the attack and got their mission done without loses.

I know, can you believe it, moving other forces missed these guys totally, AND run down depleated airgroup low on fuel carriers DO NOT need to run up chasing some ap's back toward Guam, I really want Hornet, Yorktown and LExington back, it seems liek they are taking so long..
WANT MY PISSED OFF RANT? b24 clone liberator 6 only flies 10 hex!
Burma is a no win for Z in the long run, but he is being tanatious there.. and he QUICKLY re-established his supply line...against small elements of a division barged in...
I may be able to simply pound him out of Akyab...
Air groups from Hollandia and Biak pounding airfields in Northern NG area,, took the heavies down from hitting PAlue today, need to geet Hollandia to asize 5 and get more base support....

What a huge steaming pile of CRAP.... So after some 700 odd turns we now face the failure, or breakdown of the scoring engine, I lost 870 base points in one turn even though no bases changed hands other than I have libewrated a few recently...
We have been aware that there has been some corruption, I lost the SW hq and one of my fighters wants to upgrade to agm5a's... but really talk about pissingme off!

z attacks raids with a casrrier group into my shipping in and around wewak.. hummmmm, he must have a death wish.. I am anticipating some bloodletting
he sunk one landing craf type ship ands damaged five others fortunately empty[:D]
I am oops juggling my air support where are all my ap's when I need them?

OK, missed the carriers again.. trouble with guessing game.. and I am not really ready to go into torpedo lane near Gaum... soon though

those darn carriers just vanished... OK... well I jumped into the base next to Truk.. North west.. it will be my new "listening post" able to support catalinas and no more vanishing CV groups oout of Gaum, or where ever they go to...

Palue still is a sizable base, and he murdered my bombers last time... need to have Holandia complete the upgrade to 5, and rebuild my depleated bombers... Denue and Wewak are completely isolated... I am also moving supplies toward Numea

No idea if I sunk any of those carriers, but they got hit hard per the cr, The pix showed them right before they moved closer to each other...
I have two other groups near and two far away, those nearer groups will engage any force that remain while my ok carirers will cover the limping withdrawel of the beat up ones .. I am sure he lost a lot of pilots too.. We will reume bombing of Palue shortly

Intell reports Soryu Hiryu and Akagi all Sank, Enterprise2 looks like she will make it, I lost a cvl, and Intrepid is a ?... All those ship and plane points add up, I am now getting close to 2.5-1 in the lead .. that is I am only behind by a rediculas amount of points. I am somewhat concerned about attacking into heavily fortified bases...Island Atols...
My turn to recover some streangth in the area of Heavy air.. and My fleat wings just keep getting better.... Several more carriers out soon..
I am committed to anhialating the troops at Wewak..
And It would be nice to actually sink a BB, have none down yet but several hit in last 120 days...
Sinking those three carriers is a great moral boost... Z must have been feeling sorry for me[:-]

Figured I better use'em before there where even more carriers working together. I am just happy I hit some thing and sank a cvl. Lost 3 but saved most of the planes, even though they are the fragment type, so they are usless, and must be disbanded into others. The hellcat is a BITCH.

Nothing new to report... hyho, or whatever that other carrier must have made it to PAlue and put in for repairs... Akyab is now cut off again, as an intire division marched into the trail hex next to it.. previously only a fractional barge landed part of a division was there and they where quickly routed... I maintain air superiority over Mandaly and Akyab
I moved another air search group into Northern NG, an old pre war base that was left free..
oh ye, I sortied a small group of surface raiders after those damaged AK/ap's out of Woitjie..
Well after sinking those ap/aks I got NAILED by Betties aout of Gaum area.. in CL sunk and four ca/cl damaged...

next turn saw another major air battle over Palue... we each lost alot of planes per the daily report of lost air, I also am destroyinbg kates on the ground... but I am sure he has built a sizable air force ...

Out of my six carriers in the battle 3 were sunk, 2 no damage, and one with 22 damage. I will take that out come in september of 43. I have a few carriers coming with in 4 months.

Me too, considering he has a huge fleet of LBA, and I have to be careful where I go... My cvl may have sunk anyway from injuries, or it may not, it was torpedoed by a sub.
I am limited by the shear numbers needed to advance on several fronts simultaniuosly, and I have taken terrifying loses in LBA raids with my heavies. I am continuing the push in Northern NG, and it appears PAlue is now being lessened as a strategic port, most of his fleets are not there now... but who knows for sure... Is not the Fog one of the best features in this game? Anyway.. I am 4k, in Jap point past the 3-1 threshold in my fave, and 4 k in points behing the 2-1 threshold... apx 13k to 33k

Now If I could just destroy his LBA

I have sort of learned my lesson not to put bombers in range of your heavies.
